Break the bottled water habit!!

Carbon Conscious Consumer

I've always thought if we had a bottle deposit for water and juice bottles here in Michigan like we do for pop and soda, there would'nt be as many water and juice bottles on the side of the roads, since those are what I see on the ground. I very rarely see a Coke or Pepsi bottle. Of course just not getting bottled water in the first place is an even better solution.

More wood burnings...

The Korpiklaani logo I posted earlier, but I added "Spirit of The Forest" in runes on top. I feel like I could have added more to this I don't know.

This is one of the first burnings I did, actually I think this was late 2006, I just never scanned it; I painted around the Hammer with brown acrylic paint, then sanded it to make it look a little more rustic.

Another Valkyrie, I'll be selling this one soon...

2007 on pine. The swords could have been a little better... if I can get another heart, I might make another one for sale.

That's all for now. Howl at ya later!!

Sebastian Bach Pyrography

2007 Pyrography of rocker Sebastian Bach on pine. sorry the scan is'nt very good. The outside of the piece was stained with two Chartpak woodcrafters markers in Dark Cherry and Dark Oak...they are kind of like permanent markers that you can use on wood for staining and color, I got these at Michaels craft store, but I don't really recommend them because as you can see on this piece they can bleed into the wood.

I'll be posting some new stuff soon... I'm getting a camera to take photos of pieces, plus it needs to cool off here quite a bit again before I feel like burning stuff again, ha ha.
